Unlike most HIPAA email providers that rent space on Amazon Web Services, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud, EnGuard owns our infrastructure outright. Our servers, storage, and network equipment live in our own cages inside a 200,000 square foot Uptime Institute Tier III certified facility. Your patient data stays in our environment, under our control, with no shared public cloud infrastructure involved. We have invested heavily in premium hardware, enterprise-grade storage, redundant protected fiber connectivity from Verizon and Lumen, and all-flash storage systems to deliver the performance and reliability our customers depend on every day.
