Have you received a secure email message?

Here is a step-by-step guide on how you can access private, secured emails from EnGuard!

 

Step 1: First, you’ll receive a notification from our secure messaging system. Click on the attached link. 

Step 2: Next, you’ll be asked to choose a password. Once you’ve created it, you’ll be asked to confirm by typing it in again. 

Step 3: Finally, log into our system with the password you’ve chosen. You will be able to view the message and reply to the sender! After 30 days, the message will be deleted. 

 

Password Recovery:

If you are not asked to create a password prior to viewing your secured email, then that means you have already made one. You can use that password to log into our secure messaging system. However, if you cannot remember that password, it can be reset easily! Just follow the steps prompted on your screen.
